Year 1
Women's Championship:
Beth Phoenix (C) vs. Kelly Kelly
Earlier in the month, Kelly Kelly became a supportive shoulder for Carson Pain after he lost the World Heavyweight title and the relationship between them started to blossom. This relationship became a point of jealousy for the Glamazon, who was the current Women's champ. Beth did not like all the attention K2 was getting, and threatened to "beat the beauty" out of her. To make matters worse, Beth even teamed up with Carson's rival Eric Executioner to make it personal. The feud led to a Women's title match at TLC to settle the score.
Kelly Kelly entered the match without Carson but camera saw him wish her good luck just moments before the match. The Glamazon then entered to the jeers of the crowd, but the champion shook them off with an evil smile. Once the Divas had entered, the bout was on! The women brawled throughout the match, taking out their frustrations on each other.
In the end, Beth tried to end it with the Glam Slam but Kelly Kelly reversed it into a back body drop. With the champ in pain, Kelly Kelly quickly pounced and nailed her with a K2 finisher! The blonde challenger got the pinfall and won the title!
WINNER (and NEW Women's Champion): Kelly Kelly

Intercontinental Championship
(Fatal 4-Way Elimination Match):
Gravedigger (C) vs. Zach Wesley vs. Ace vs. Travis Roarke
Two feuds combined into one and led to this 4-way title match over the Intercontinental belt. Champion 'Digger and Zach Wesley used to be tag team partners, but their failed attempt to win the titles and ensuing fallout created a heated divide between them. This underlying feud came to the surface when 'Digger won the I.C. title last month at Survivor Series. The "Mohawked Maniac" became instantly jealous of his former partner's success, and made it his goal to remove the title from Gravedigger's hands. Ace and Travis got embroiled in a feud when the "Assassin" punched out his foe after a heated battle of words on a recent Smackdown show. Their physical altercations were fierce, but they got involved in the Intercontinental title picture when Ace wanted to prove himself a better competitor over Travis by claiming his shot at the title. Travis obviously felt he could outdo his rival, and Smackdown GM Teddy Long thought putting all 4 men in the same match with the title on the line would be the ultimate decider!
All 4 men went at it hard, trying to knock each other out with elimination rules in play. The entire ringside environment became a weapon, as the steel steps and the announce table got involved. Zach tossed 'Digger forcefully into the steel steps, and Ace dropped Travis through the announce table with a flying elbow! The first man to get knocked out was Roarke, who walked into a Cemetery Slam by 'Digger and was pinned. Later, Ace unfortunately couldn't survive as Wesley reversed a move into his Maniac Mutator finisher and scored a pinfall.
It was down to two heated rivals, the defending champ and his "Maniac" former partner. The two super-heavyweights battled hard, but neither was willing to give in. But it seemed like Wesley turned on a vicious switch, and began to dominate the match. The champ tried one big power move to regain momentum, but Wesley reversed into a Mutator and pinned 'Digger to win the match and the title!

ECW Championship (Ladder Match):
Joseph T. Lutte (C) vs. Krizz Torture
The result of the ECW title match at Survivor Series left a very sour taste in Krizz's mouth, and he demanded another shot at the "Fantastic Frenchman". Lutte obviously laughed him off and tried to explain that he had already beaten Krizz, but Smackdown GM Teddy Long saw the situation a different way. Long agreed with Krizz that the cheap attack at the previous PPV was unfair, and decided to make a title match with a match type that could avoid the same result... a Ladder Match! Lutte was furious and the rivalry between the two reached very intense levels heading into the PPV.
The match was exactly what you would expect between two men that hate each other... a vicious, all-out brawl. Multiple ladders and chairs were left broken and mutilated due to their use in the match, with both men getting busted open during the course of battle.
In the end, Joseph and Krizz fought at the base of the ladder trying to gain momentum. Krizz seemed to have weakened the champ enough and went for a signature move, but Lutte was playing possum and hit Krizz with a dirty low blow. The sneaky move allowed Lutte to hit the challenger with his Moneymaker finisher, and gave him time to crawl up the ladder and reclaim his title!
Lutte stumbled out of the ring but could barely celebrate due to the hardcore battle he just suffered through. Krizz rose from the mat, and nursed his injuries while watching the champ leave.
WINNER (and still ECW Champion): Joseph T. Lutte

United States Championship:
David Degenerate (C) vs. Hitman Jack
David D. was very upset over his WWE title loss at Survivor Series but Raw GM Stephanie McMahon denied him his rightful rematch until the next month, considering he had yet to fulfill his obligation as U.S. champ. And in another twist that angered the "Genius"... Hitman Jack decided to use his title challenge he earned at Survivor Series on the U.S. title! So David D. spent the month of December torn between 2 feuds: trying to keep an eye on WWE champ Antonio Jordan, while also preparing to face Hitman Jack. Fans were anxious to see if the "Dangerous Genius" could regain his focus in time to save his U.S. title.
Hitman Jack entered, and watched as a very frustrated David D. entered with his belt. You could see that the champ was still fuming over the month's events, and that might have given Hitman a mental advantage. The match started fast with both men landing well-executed suplexes and technical moves. David D. tried to wear down Hitman's limbs, while Jack focused on weakening the champ's back and head.
In the end, David D. got frustrated and tried to the end the match by locking in his Pinched Nerve submission hold, but Hitman broke out and David went flying into the corner. When the champ turned back, Hitman locked him up and nailed his Lethal Hit finisher! Hitman got the 1-2-3 count and won the title!
David D. was very angry at another loss and stomped out of ringside, while Hitman celebrated his 1st major title win!

Good As Hell (DMK & Antonio Jordan) vs.
Badass Coalition (Big Mutha Trucker & Tank Blazer)
With Antonio basically getting a free pass on a WWE title defense this month, he decided to re-join his stablemate DMK in their continuing feud against the Badass Coalition. Trucker & Tank were angry at their Handicap match loss to DMK last month, and vowed to reverse the result in a tag match rematch.
The match was hard-fought, with both sides gaining control at some point. It seemed like Trucker & Tank had the match won when the "Resident Redneck" surprised DMK with a Big Foot finishing kick and Tank knocked Antonio off the apron but... DMK kicked out at 2! The Badass team then attacked DMK viciously before Antonio came flying in for the save. A brawl broke out as all competitors let the punches fly!
But trouble came in the form of an angry David D. and a chair. The Badass leader came out and grabbed a chair from ringside. He slid into the ring, and slammed the object over Antonio's head! The ref called for an immediate DQ but that didn't stop the Coalition from sending a message. David pounded on Antonio while Trucker & Tank teamed up on DMK. David handed the chair to Trucker and he blasted DMK with a shot to the skull.
The Coalition stood over the beaten members of G.A.H. with satisfied expressions as the crowd jeered.

World Heavyweight Championship (TLC Match):
Eric Executioner (C) vs. Carson Pain
The feud between Eric E. and Carson reached new heights last month at the Survivor Series PPV when the narcissist beat "The Original" to win the World title. After dominating Eric through the summer in several title matchups, Carson was now on a 2-match, title-on-the-line losing streak against his rival. Carson demanded a title rematch at the Smackdown show a few days after Survivor Series, but Smackdown GM Teddy Long thought that another event would be better suited for their battle... the upcoming TLC PPV! And not only that, but we thought this main event needed something special, and so he added... the TLC match-type stipulation!
The news came as a surprise to both men but they re-focused their anger towards each other with a vicious war of words in the weeks leading up to the PPV. Carson and Kelly Kelly became an item, and of course that turned into a point of mockery for the narcissistic champ who enlisted the help of Womens champ Beth Phoenix. The Glamazon and K2 had their own issues which led to their own battle (see above), but the involvement of the ladies made the feud between Carson and Eric even more personal.
Carson entered to the roar of the crowd and prepared himself for a battle. Eric E. then entered and showed off his big gold belt, soaking in the crowd's jeers as he strutted to the ring. When the bell rang, the main event was on and crowd was on their feet! The two rivals fought hard and used the match's well-placed weapons freely. Carson caused some major damage with a chair, while Eric sent his foe flying through a table and made several ladders bend under the weight of Carson's tossed body.
But Eric seemed to have a mental and physical advantage over his rival, and many fans groaned as the champ took control. Near the match end, Eric reversed a move and landed a Final Verdict finisher. The champ crawled up the ladder and seemed poised to win the title. But to his and the crowd's surprise, Carson rose up! Eric quickly tried to grab the belt but Carson met him at the top of the ladder before he could end the bout! The two battled at the top of the ladder, but one big punch dazed the champ as he held on for dear life. Carson then reached out, shoved Eric off the ladder and sent him crashing to the mat below!
The crowd went wild as Carson reached up, maintained his balance and... unsnapped the belt from the wire! Carson Pain had reclaimed the World title in shocking fashion! Carson could barely stand but he waved the belt around as the crowd came unglued at the sight of "The Original" back on top of the Smackdown heap! The PPV came to a close with Carson hugging the belt tight to his chest and listened to the happy chants sounding the arena!
