Year 1
Intercontinental Championship:
Eric Executioner (C) vs. Gravedigger
Back at the Hell in a Cell PPV, Carson Pain competed in two title matches - he lost the Intercontinental title in the 1st match of the night to Eric Executioner, but then won the World Heavyweight title by defeating Ace in the main event. Two months later, another Smackdown star had the exact same opportunity... the narcissistic Eric E.! Eric was slated to defend his I.C. title against the "Graveyard Monster", but won a #1 contender's match during the month of November and earned himself a shot at the World title... still held by rival Carson Pain! Eric taunted Carson and 'Digger, vowing to outdo Carson's incredible feat from Hell in a Cell... by winning both matches and walking out with both of the Smackdown's top belts!
But Eric's first match might be the one he was most overlooking. Many competitors fear the brute strength and resiliency of Gravedigger, and he had shown through the month that he would be a fierce challenge for the narcissist. When the match began, it was clear that the power vs. power matchup was going to be damaging for both men.
Eric maintained control throughout the majority of the match, but he could not seem to finish off the "Monster". This frustration continued to grow, and it seemed that was exactly what 'Digger was hoping for. In the match end, Eric was trying to beat his foe in the corner and was showing off for the crowd. He wound up for a big punch, but the extra time he took allowed 'Digger to plan a reversal and Eric's head went crashing off the turnbuckle! He stumbled back and the "Monster" locked him up in a full nelson, and delivered a Cemetery Slam! The challenger got the pinfall and became the new champion!
'Digger held the belt high as the crowd cheered, and Eric paced ringside angrily before walking to the back to prepare for the main event.
WINNER (and NEW Intercontinental Champion): Gravedigger

ECW Championship:
Joseph T. Lutte (C) vs. Krizz Torture
The developing feud between the "Fantastic Frenchman" and "2 Cool" led to this title match. Krizz became upset when Lutte mocked him at a recent Smackdown show over his & Rusty's loss of the Tag Team titles, and it led to Krizz challenging the rookie to his first title defense.
Lutte must've decided that Krizz was not worth his time, because the champ used a very cheap way to retain the title. After Krizz made his way to the ring, Lutte's AC/DC theme hit and Krizz awaited his opponent's arrival. But the Frenchman had other plans... a sneak attack! Lutte attacked the waiting challenger from behind and put him in a daze, which allowed the champ to quickly finish him with a Moneymaker! Lutte quickly scored the pinfall and took off, title in hand and laughing as he ran up the ramp.
Krizz rose up from the mat and was angry at the cheap action taken by the champ.
WINNER (and still ECW Champion): Joseph T. Lutte

Handicap Match:
DMK vs. Badass Coalition (Big Mutha Trucker & Tank Blazer)
DMK was unable to challenge David D. to a rematch over the WWE title due to a stipulation he agreed to prior to their match at Bragging Rights, so the ex-champion was forced to find another opponent for Survivor Series. Those new opponents were the Badass Coalition tag team of Trucker & Tank, who taunted DMK after he fell to David's tricks. DMK vowed that not only would he win back the WWE title... but that he could beat both of them at the same time! This promise led to a Handicap match between the Good As Hell leader and his rivals.
It was obviously early on that Trucker & Tank had a solid strategy worked out, keeping DMK reeling and getting frequent tags to keep themselves fresh. But a mistake allowed DMK to gain control. Trucker tried to whip DMK into the corner, but the King reversed and clotheslined him down. DMK then attacked Tank and knocked him off the apron, leaving him one-on-one for a brief moment! DMK seized his chance, catching Trucker with a Checkmate finisher. Tank tried to run in but DMK took the aggressive "Captain" in stride and sent him over the ropes! DMK then pinned Trucker and shocked the WWE universe with a big victory!
WINNER: DMK

20-Man Battle Royal
(Winner gets a title shot of his choosing at the TLC PPV):
In true Survivor Series fashion, a big elimination match was planned to determine who would be a sole survivor. But one stipulation was added... the winner could choose nearly any title to challenge for at the upcoming TLC PPV!
Twenty men entered the ring, and slowly but surely competitors started leaving the match over the top rope. The final four left was Renegade, Hitman Jack, Shawn Midnight and Travis Roarke. Midnight and Renegade teamed up to eliminate the "Assassin", and then Hitman got his former partner Renegdae on the ropes. The two battled for a second, but Hitman knocked him off with a hotshot onto the top rope!
Midnight and Hitman stared each other down, each knowing how close they were to this title opportunity. They battled tough but neither man could get a quick elimination. In the end, Hitman tossed Shawn over the top rope but Midnight hung on and pulled himself up. But just as "Daddy Mack" was gaining his balance, Hitman clotheslined him to the floor below! Hitman had won the chance to challenge for a title at the TLC PPV!
WINNER: Hitman Jack

WWE Championship:
David Degenerate (C) vs. Antonio Jordan
David D. slyly convinced then-WWE champ DMK to agree to a stipulation that said if DMK lost, he would be unable to challenge David for a title rematch. But the one thing the "Dangerous Genius" didn't account for was the other members of the Good As Hell stable earning a title shot. And that one little thing came back to bite David, because G.A.H. member Antonio Jordan earned the #1 contender spot for the WWE title, and vowed to take the belt back in honor of his friend DMK!
The bad blood between David and Antonio had been growing for a while, especially since David beat him back at the Extreme Rules PPV to win the U.S. title and then when Jordan joined DMK in the fight against the Badass Coalition. Once Antonio became the challenger to David's precious WWE title, the feud got bigger fast. The two tore into other during November with vicious promos and physical encounters, making fans anxious to see this battle live.
After the men entered the ring, the bell sounded and the fight was on! Antonio took control and pushed David into the corner, but the "Genius" applied a dirty eye gouge and stole the momentum. The champ was able to keep Antonio down for a bit, but the "Mastermind" struck back with an array of suplexes! The two battled outside the ring as well, trying to catch the other out of position.
David D., known for his dirty tactics, tried again to steal a win. He got a chair out from under the ring and slid back in, but the ref stopped him and tried to remove the weapon. Antonio approached to try and qualm the situation, but David tried to swing at him. But the quick reflexes of Antonio allowed him to duck the chair, and he caught the champ with an American Dream! The crowd counted with the ref and went crazy when he got to 3!
Jordan looked at the WWE title in disbelief, and then celebrated big when the realization sunk in! "America's Favorite" was the new WWE champ!

World Heavyweight Championship:
Carson Pain (C) vs. Eric Executioner
The issues between "The Original" and his narcissistic rival had been well-documented in leading up to this main event encounter, but the stakes had never been this high. Carson won the World title back in September, but his Intercontinental title loss to Eric E. earlier in the same event added more fuel to the fire. Eric vowed to complete the same feat Carson made at that Hell in a Cell PPV, and had lost the I.C. title earlier in the Survivor Series event (see above). That made this match even bigger, because Eric was determined to stay true to his promise while Carson did not want another title loss to his rival on his record.
The match began quickly and both men fired strikes at each other. Eric got the champ down with a powerslam and a vicious set of elbows to the chest. Then "The Original" fought back, landing an Original Twist and delivering an Athletic Press. The match went back and forth, and the crowd was getting more and more invested with each big move.
In the end, Carson thought he had the title retained when he surprised Eric with a Queens Cross submission, but the narcissist powered his way to the ropes to break the hold. Carson got up frustrated but didn't expect Eric E. to pop up quickly. When he did, Carson got caught by the neck and the champ went down with a Final Verdict finisher. Eric E. got the pin and completed his promise!
The crowd was angry that the narcissist had won the World title, and Carson couldn't believe that yet another title had left his hands in this fashion. Carson shook his head in disappointment as the PPV came to a close.
