ECW Championship (Ladder Match):
Rusty (C) vs. Craig Bullet
Best-of-Five Series (Tied 2-2)
Final Round (Extreme Rules Match):
Renegade vs. Travis Roarke
After Renegade's slick win last week at Raw to even the series and send the final Round 5 match to the PPV, fans had been theorizing like crazy about who could claim the final decisive victory in this battle to earn the "toughest man on Raw" status. Renegade's opening win gave way to 2 straight wins by the "Assassin" but the party animal's never-quit attitude allowed him to survive a hellacious cage match. With the ever-dangerous Extreme Rules as the final round's stipulation, who would take advantage and pull out all stops for victory... and who might leave bloodied and battered?
The two men made no fuss during their entrances, clearly focused on nothing but the war ahead. The fans began to buzz in anticipation, and their wish for violence was granted once the bell rang! The two brutes battled tough, unwilling to submit to their hated foe. A few nice moves gave Renegade an early advantage, but Roarke's strikes put him back into the match. The foreign objects then became commonplace as both men went to extreme lengths to get the win. Several chair shots, a suplex through a table, the steel steps and a wayware crutch all inflicted major damage. After a vicious shot with a kendo stick by Renegade, Roarke's forehead got busted open and blood began to trickle down his face. As the brawl continued, a familiar foe entered the foray... Lee Money! Renegade's ally strolled to ringside with a chair in hand and obviously had evil intentions. Roarke didn't notice the intruder as he pounded on Renegade, but after his rival delivered a cheap shot... Roarke was met with a vicious chair shot! "Cash" stood proudly over his dirty work, pleased with his actions. Renegade recovered and Lee dashed away, knowing his partner had control now. After dragging a beaten Roarke back to the ring, Renegade finished off his rival once and for all with a head-snapping Kick-olution finishing superkick. Renegade exhaustedly covered and the ref counted the pinfall, giving the party animal the official 3-2 series win! After the match, Renegade celebrated mildly and began to the leave the ring. But evil thoughts filled his head and he returned... to continue the attack! Renegade punched, kicked and beat up on his defeated opponent until officials ran to ringside to intervene and end the brutal attack. The fans booed Renegade heavily but he only stared coldly as his rival's beaten body. WINNER: Renegade |

Table Match: Ace vs. Angus
In one of the strangest developing feuds, Ace's repeated attempts to attack or annoy World Heavyweight champ Rebel Ford were thwarted by the "Irish Giant", who claimed that he had good intentions for protecting the champ. Angus and Ace continued to clash and finally led the "Ultimate Superstar" to challenge Angus to a PPV match, hoping to end his unbeaten streak and prove to everyone that he is worthy of a title rematch with Rebel. Much to Angus' dismay, all his work protecting Rebel went unpaid last week on Smackdown when Ace attacked them both with a chair... but Rebel ducked and let Angus take the shot to the noggin! That moment was an enduring image and rumors spread that the normally even-keeled "Giant" was very angry and was expected to unleash his emotions in this Table match!
When stage pyro burst and that familiar guitar solo played, the crowd erupted as Mr. Money in the Bank strolled confidently to ringside! Angus appeared to be his normal focused self, but the crowd buzzed in anticipation of an angry "Giant" coming out. Then, Ace made his entrance and the crowd let out a chorus of jeers directed at the cocky superstar. Ace himself appeared to be very focused as well, ignoring the crowd's reaction and bouncing around athletically to warm up for the match. When the bell rang, the two men began with a staredown. Angus towers over his foe by several inches and outweighs him by more than 100 pounds, but Ace seems undeterred and ready for war. Then suddenly, Ace smacks Angus and flexes his muscles... and Angus recoils to start the brawl! The two grapplers fight hard in the beginning of the match, delivering damaging shots and manuevers that force the crowd to give shocked reactions. After surprising Angus with a nice reversal, Ace performs an impressive feat when he lifts the "Giant"... and plants him with his Royal Flush finisher! Ace slides out of the ring to grab a table but... Angus sits up! The "Irish Giant" seemed barely affected by Ace's big move and follows his foe out to the barricade where he delivers some serious damage! In an impressive move, Angus lifts the "Ultimate Superstar" up high in the air and lets him drop to the floor from a military press! The men continue to battle and two tables get set up in the ring, one in the middle and one leaned up against the corner. Despite Angus' strength advantage, Ace continues to gain the upper hand with slick moves and well-timed counters. With Angus reeling, Ace again shocks the crowd... with another Royal Flush! This time Angus stays down and seemed legitimately dazed, but the move takes a lot out of the "Ultimate Superstar" who takes a moment to breathe. Once recovered, Ace tries to drag Angus to the standing table in the ring but the "Irish Giant" recovers and fights him off, avoiding a dangerous moment. In the match conclusion, both men continue to fight hard as they each try to get their counterpart dazed near the corner table. After a vicious uppercut left Ace reeling, Angus lifts him up onto his shoulders... and drops backward to send Ace crashing through the corner table! The ref calls for the bell as Angus slowly rises up from the pile of broken wood and is revealed to be the winner! Angus raises his arms wearily in celebration as the crowd overcomes their shock and gives a raucous cheer! WINNER: Angus |
