Intercontinental Championship:
Joseph T. Lutte (C) vs. Hitman Jack
After Vincent Serum & Hitman Jack got basically screwed out of their Tag Team title shot last month at the Night of Champions PPV, they turned their attentions to different feuds. While Serum battled rival Zach Wesley over the ECW title, Hitman focused on a new opponent... the "Fantastic Frenchman"! Lutte's hold over the I.C. title had recently pushed past the 100-day mark, and Hitman wanted to be the man to end his reign!
Hitman made his entrance and seemed fired up for this title match, hoping to finally make a big mark since he was drafted to Smackdown. When Lutte's AC/DC theme hit, the crowd greeted him with boos and jeers and the champ loved the "attention" he was receiving. The arrogant Frenchman strutted to the ring with an abundance of confidence. The bell rang, the two locked up and the title bout was on!
Lutte gained control early, using some dirty moves that angered the crowd and frustrated Hitman. His sneakiness allowed him to plant Hitman hard with various suplexes, and his confidence seemed to grow with every move. But Lutte failed to account for Hitman's resiliency, and an overzealous move allowed Hitman to counter quickly and swing the momentum! Hitman laid into the champ with vicious punches, and then delivered a strong Bulldog to daze him. With the champ reeling and the crowd warming up, Hitman was able to catch him with his Lethal Hit finisher! Hitman covered and got the 1-2-3 count to pull the upset!
The crowd cheered the title change as Hitman raised his new belt high! When the Frenchman rose, he argued with the ref but to no avail and watched angrily as Hitman celebrated up the ramp!

United States Championship (TLC Match):
Rebel Ford (C) vs. Shawn Midnight vs.
Carson Pain vs. David Degenerate
The feuds that led to this 4-way TLC war over the U.S. title became very personal leading up to Summerslam. First, David D.'s vicious blindside attack on Carson at the Night of Champions PPV started a war of words between them. Then David got himself into hot water with U.S. champ Rebel Ford when the "Dangerous Genius" declared himself the best U.S. champ in history and claimed Rebel's reign to be a fluke. Finally, Shawn got himself involved when he attacked Carson following a match on Raw and took issue with Carson's overwhelming fan support. Raw GM Stephanie McMahon saw an opportunity to create a great Summerslam event... put all 4 rivals in the same match, with the belt suspended above the ring, and let them beat each other senseless for the title!
Once all 4 men made their entrances, the bell rang and the war for the U.S. belt began! With the TLC rules at play, all the men made a run for the nearest weapon and attempted to damage their opponents quickly. David blasted Carson with a ladder shot, but then got the ladder smashed against he face when Rebel nailed him with a chair! Then Shawn swung a table into Rebel's back, but got dropkicked out of the ring by Carson! The crowd gasped at the hardcore environment that was building in the match, and each man simply just tried to survive!
Shawn set up a table in the corner, and tossed David D. against it. He tried to go for a big move, but the "Genius" reversed and sent Midnight crashing through the wood with a suplex! Later, Carson and Rebel battled up on the ladder but Carson dazed the champ... and delivered a Fresh Cut signature off the top! Carson used the opportunity to climb back up and reach for the belt, but David D. landed a low blow and sent "The Original" falling hard to the mat below!
In the end, Rebel and Carson again fought on the ladder while David battled Shawn below. David took control and tossed Midnight out of the ring, and then pulled Carson down and gave him a Genius Bomb finisher! Rebel tried to seize the moment and snatch the belt, but David met him just in time to stop his reach... and then pushed Rebel off the ladder! With the other 3 men hurt below, the "Genius" had enough time to unsnap the belt and win the title!
David D. stepped to the mat below and celebrated his 2nd U.S. title win, while the other 3 competitors nursed their injuries and glared at the "Genius"!
WINNER (and NEW United States Champion): David Degenerate

World Heavyweight Championship (Cage Match):
Eric Executioner (C) vs. Gravedigger
Eric E. got more than he bargained for when he issued an open challenge for the World title, as the "Graveyard Monster" attacked him, won a #1 Contender's match and prepared to defeat the champ at Summerslam! But the narcissist's trash talk and pompous attitude not only angered 'Digger, but someone with more authority as well... Smackdown GM Teddy Long! The GM decided to make the title match a little more interesting and put a kink in the the disrespectful champ's plans... a Cage Match! Therefore, 'Digger could have all the chances he wanted to pound on the champ, and the only way Eric could keep the title is if he could escape the angry "Monster" and the 4 walls of steel!
'Digger entered first and appeared to be in a very foul mood, which did not bode well for the narcissist. When Eric's music hit, the crowd booed him heavily and he very slowly approached the ring, clearly knowing the pain he was about to endure. The cage began to lower, and Eric avoided entering the ring while 'Digger stood inside chomping at the bit. The referees at ringside repeatedly asked Eric to enter the cage, but the narcissist refused. As he stood on the steel steps arguing, 'Digger walked over... and pulled Eric inside the cage! The officials shut the cage door and Eric could no longer escape, and the bell rang to begin the bout!
Eric turned slowly and gazed into the fiery eyes of his challenger. He immediately started to climb the nearest cage wall but 'Digger pulled him down, and laid into him with massive punches. The champ continued to try and escape, but 'Digger used his strength and size to keep Eric in his range. 'Digger maintained control for the early part of the match and even landed a Cemetery Slam on the champ, but Eric rose from the mat just in time to stop 'Digger's climb.
Eric's mean streak came out in a vicious fury as he took out his frustrations on his challenger. He delivered some hard punches and landed some power moves to regain momentum and weaken his foe. The battle raged on as both super-heavyweights tried to destroy each other inside the steel walls.
In the end, Eric grabbed 'Digger by the throat in hopes of delivering his Final Verdict finisher but the "Monster" broke free and tossed Eric hard against the cage. When the champ stumbled back, 'Digger delivered another Cemetery Slam! With Eric knocked out on the mat, 'Digger made the slow climb to the top of the cage. Eric started to climb up and reach him, but 'Digger held his balance and booted the champ back down to the mat below! 'Digger then continued down, and the bell rang when both feet hit the floor outside!
The crowd went crazy and 'Digger stared at his new belt in disbelief, amazed that he had become World champ! Inside the cage, a very dejected and angry narcissist pounded the mat in frustration and watched the "Monster" celebrate one of his biggest victories!

WWE Championship (Last Man Standing Match):
DMK (C) vs. Renegade
Fans were still enraged over DMK's unexpected heel turn this past month, but the WWE champ seemed to grow stronger and more evil as the days went on. Fan favorite and ex-champ Renegade demanded a rematch after DMK cashed in his Money in the Bank briefcase on him at Night of Champions, but couldn't seem to affect the champ's mindset heading into Summerslam. To try and intimidate DMK, he offered up a stipulation... a Last Man Standing Match! DMK happily agreed to the barbaric match type and both men's hatred seemed to be seeping out their pores as the PPV drew near.
Renegade entered to a cheering crowd, who hoped to see the revolutionary party animal regain his title and dethrone the evil King. The crowd's reaction changed dramatically when DMK made his entrance, but their jeers seemed to make no impact on the champ's scary focus. When the bell rang, the two Raw superstars locked up and prepared for war.
And a war is what they produced. The violence that ensued between them was fierce and personal, as it appeared that both men wanted to not only wanted to win but leave their foe bloody, bruised and broken. Weapons and objects made multiple appearances, and the crowd winced at each vicious shot.
In the end, DMK lay prone on the floor outside the ring and Renegade went to climb the turnbuckle to deliver a big diving move. But as Renegade tried to gain his balance, DMK popped up quickly, hopped onto the apron and grabbed the challenger by the throat! DMK then lifted Renegade off and sent him smashing through the the announce table! The crowd gasped in horror as they watched Renegade crash through and lay motionless. The ref started to count to 10, while DMK walked over and grabbed the WWE title belt. DMK then stood over Renegade with an evil smile and raised the belt above his head as the ref finished his count and called for the bell! The enduring image for the crowd was seeing DMK standing proudly over his destruction of Renegade with the WWE belt in hand.

Post-Match Segment
After the match, DMK seemed to have unfinished business on his mind and grabbed a chair. The crowd began to shout curses and the officials at ringside pleaded with DMK to not make the situation worse, but he shook off their comments and approached Renegade's limp body with evil intentions. But just as DMK was going to strike... Lee Money came flying down the ramp! "Cash" stepped in front of DMK and crouched close to Renegade, preventing the champ from inflicting any more damage onto his rival.
DMK angrily stepped back from Lee and dropped the chair, grabbing his WWE title belt and walking out. The crowd seemed very happy with Lee's last-second save and very disgusted with DMK's destructive intentions. DMK stood on the stage, looking out into the crowd with an evil grin, as the PPV came to a close!
