Year 1
ECW Championship (Hell in a Cell Match):
Joseph T. Lutte (C) vs. Krizz Torture
After battling each other to the edge for 3 months, the "Fantastic Frenchman" and "2 Cool" were going to finally settle their issues... in the Hell in a Cell! Joseph retained the ECW title in cheap fashion at Survivor Series and then in a bloody ladder war at TLC, but Krizz wanted one final shot at the belt and requested the most hellacious structure available!
The match itself was just as brutal as their previous encounters, with the dangerous environment becoming a weapon for both men. Krizz tossed the champ into the cell wall and then mashed his face up against the metal. Lutte made extensive use of a chair and whipped his challenger hard into the steel steps. Just like at the TLC PPV, both men ended up with bleeding wounds and an exhausted body.
But in the end, Krizz made sure that the 3rd time was the charm. After reversing a move and dropping the champ, Krizz nailed a Cool Drop signature! With the champ fading Krizz locked him up, signaled to the crowd and finished him with a Torture Rack powerbomb! Krizz got the pinfall and won his 1st ECW title!
WINNER (and NEW ECW Champion): Krizz Torture

United States Championship:
Hitman Jack (C) vs. Rebel Ford
Hitman Jack shocked everyone by upsetting David D. to win the U.S. title last month at the TLC PPV, and felt comfortable knowing the "Genius" was giving up his rematch in order to concentrate on reclaiming the WWE title. Hitman knew a new challenger would be found, but he was surprised when... rookie Rebel Ford won a #1 contender's match! The rebellious brawler readied himself for his 1st title shot, while Hitman did his best to maintain an advantage over Rebel in hopes of keeping his belt.
The match was a great display of solid technical wrestling, as each man showed a vast assortment of suplexes, neckbreakers and counters. But it definitely showed the inexperience of the rookie, who went for his finishing Poetic Justice too early. The champ countered, and snapped him down with his Jack's Flash signature. Hitman then followed it up with a Lethal Hit finisher on a woozy Rebel, and pinned him to retain the belt!
WINNER (and still United States Champion): Hitman Jack

Intercontinental Championship (Triple Threat Match):
Ace (C) vs. Gravedigger vs. Zach Wesley
Earlier in the month, Ace challenged Zach to a 1-on-1 title match for Wesley's I.C. title he captured at the TLC PPV and shocked everyone when the "Ultimate Superstar" pulled the upset. This result naturally angered the ex-champ, and the "Maniac" vowed violent revenge. But Gravedigger still never received his rematch from losing to Wesley, so Smackdown GM Teddy Long came up with a fantastic idea... put all 3 in a title match!
Wesley and 'Digger entered with very focused expressions, while Ace entered with an extravagant amount of confidence. When the match started, the two super-heavyweights teamed up on the champ. They pounded him with hard strikes and multiple power moves, and then 'Digger whipped him over the top rope for good measure. With the champ hurt on the outside, Zach and 'Digger turned their attentions to each other. Their bad blood still resided, and they let it out with a vicious brawl! Each man took control of the bout at some point but neither could score the winning pinfall.
In the match end, Ace rose back up and got himself involved. Zach and 'Digger were fighting in the ring, and Zach was able to catch the "Monster" with a Psycho Driver signature. But Wesley lost track of Ace, and walked right into a Pocket Rocket spear! Ace scored the pinfall on the "Maniac" to retain the title!
The weakened champ stumbled out with the title in hand, and Gravedigger was frustrated when he realized what had happened.

World Heavyweight Championship:
Carson Pain (C) (w/ Kelly Kelly) vs. Eric Executioner
Last month, the WWE universe enjoyed the sweet taste of payback when Carson Pain snagged the World title from the ladder in his shocking TLC victory over rival Eric E. And including Kelly Kelly's Womens title win at the same PPV, Smackdown's "Golden Couple" had reigned supreme over the blue brand. This turn of events and the oh-so-close loss left Eric in a foul mood for most of January, and he wanted a rematch at the Royal Rumble PPV against the fan favorite.
The narcissist entered first, very focused and determined to win back the big gold belt. Carson entered to the delight of the crowd, and showed off his eye candy manager for the match. But when the match started, it was clear Eric was not in the mood for games and attacked the champ right from the opening bell. The stronger challenger took control early, landing several big punches and power moves in hopes of getting a quick victory. But the champ was resilient again, and turned the tide into his favor with his set of athletic maneuvers.
In the match end, Carson had worked the lower half of Eric and found a way to lock in his Ankle Pain finisher. But Eric managed to crawl to the ropes to break the hold, but the move clearly weakened him. The narcissist struggled to his feet, and when a power move went awry, Carson was able to slam him down with an Original Sin! Carson got the pinfall to retain the belt and send the crowd into a frenzy!
After the match, Kelly Kelly joined her beau to celebrate in the ring while Eric looked on in anger. "The Original" was still Smackdown's best!

WWE Championship:
Antonio Jordan (C) vs. David Degenerate
David D. was furious after he lost the WWE title to Antonio at Survivor Series, but was forced to wait for a rematch until January. After he lost his U.S. title to Hitman Jack, the "Dangerous Genius" revoked his own rematch clause so he could solely focus on reclaiming the WWE belt from his "Mastermind" rival.
David spent the month playing mind games with Jordan, hoping to gain an advantage heading into the Rumble but "America's Favorite" stood strong and refused to give in to David's dirty tricks. It seemed to be a very even matchup and fans were anxious to see the outcome.
The match was an awesome bout between two technically sound ring performers, with each man landing solid moves to hurt the other. David used the ringside environment to cause pain, slamming Antonio into the announce table and bashing his head off the corner. Antonio played smartly, using counters and reversals to catch his challenger off guard.
In the match end, David tried to use dirty tactics and got into an argument with the ref. The "Genius" mistakenly allowed Antonio to recover, and was unable to avoid a sudden American Dream finisher! Antonio got the pinfall to retain the title, as the crowd cheered heavily!
David was kicking himself for his mistake, and had a staredown with the champ as he exited happily.

25. Ace 26. Eric Executioner
... the Intercontinental champ and the narcissist enter the match. Eric E. had just lost his World title match against Carson, but winning the Rumble would give him another shot at the belt. Ace and Hitman teamed up to eliminate Serum, but the biggest shock of the match came soon after. DMK and Trucker were fighting hard, obviously letting their heated rivalry frustrations out during the Rumble match. But Trucker reversed DMK and was able to knock him against the ropes. Trucker then landed a Big Foot finisher and sent DMK flying to the floor below! The crowd was shocked at the elimination and DMK couldn't believe it himself!
27. Billy Carter 28. Shawn Midnight 29. Mack Wheeler
The Rumble rolled on as the next few competitors made their way to the ring. Carter was knocked out by Hitman, but the U.S. champ was pushed over the top rope by Midnight. Then, Eric E. got an elimination when he sent Ace sailing. Mack tried to spear Trucker, but the "Resident Redneck" reversed it and used his momentum to send Mack over the top. It was down to 3 men (Eric, Trucker and Shawn) before the final entry came in. The crowd awaited the countdown and saw...
