Year 1
Cruiserweight Championship (Six-Man Battle Royal):
Dylan Dynamite vs. Anarchy vs. Rusty vs.
Craig Bullet vs. Tommy Parker vs. Billy Carter
The Night of Champions PPV kicked off with one of the 3 reinstated title matches, as six light-heavyweights prepared to battle it out for a chance to wear the reincarnated belt. The rules were simple... the last man standing wins!
The bell rang and the high flyers went at ferociously, hoping to get quick eliminations. But no one went over the top for a few minutes despite numerous close calls, as the high stakes put everyone on a bigger level of resiliency.
The first man to get knocked out was Anarchy, who couldn't hold on against Craig Bullet's dropkick. Next, Tommy Parker was tossed over by Rusty and Billy Carter. The teamwork between them was very temporary, as Rusty took the opportunity to clothesline the unsuspecting "Canadian Bomber" to the floor!
So it was down to three fighting for the Cruiserweight gold. The next elimination was Bullet, who got clothesline over the top by Rusty but held onto the ropes. When he rose on the apron, Dynamite kicked him down! Dylan and Rusty stared at each other and circled each other slowly, waiting for their moment to strike. They locked up and fought hard, trying to catch the other napping. In the end, Rusty was up against the ropes but broke free with a vicious kick to the jaw. Dynamite stumbled back, and Rusty wrapped his legs around his head... and sent him over with a hurricanrana!
The crowd went crazy and Rusty was in a state of shock as he looked at his new belt! Dynamite pounded the apron in anger as he watched the scrappy superfan celebrate the win!
WINNER (and NEW Cruiserweight Champion): Rusty

Hardcore Championship (Fatal 4-Way Extreme Rules Match):
Renegade vs. Vincent Serum vs. Hitman Jack vs. Antonio Jordan
Four of Raw's toughest competitors prepared to fight hard and use any means necessary to become the 1st holder of the newly reinstated Hardcore title. Renegade, Serum, Hitman and Antonio all won qualifying matches in the weeks leading up to the Night of Champions PPV, so each man had a legitimate claim to the title but only one man could walk out with the belt.
When the bell rang, a brawl broke out as all 4 men let their aggressions take over. Serum and Renegade went toe-to-toe, while Hitman and Antonio traded blows early on. After the "Mastermind" sent Hitman over the top rope and to the floor below, he attacked the "Vicious Vampire" with fury! It was clear that Antonio was determined to prove himself in this dangerous match type.
It didn't take long for the Extreme Rules stipulation to come into play. After Hitman gathered himself ringside, he went under the ring and found a kendo stick. He slid back in, wound up and smacked Antonio right across the back! Renegade tried to attack him, but Hitman met him with a shot at his chin! Hitman then made the 3rd time the charm, as he dropped Serum with a Russian Leg Sweep... with the kendo stick slamming into his neck! Hitman seemed to be rolling, but a quickly-recovered Antonio planted him with a back suplex.
The action spilled outside the ring for a bit, as Renegade used the barricade in numerous ways to damage Serum. Hitman and Antonio battled near the announce table, but Antonio gained the upper hand when he smashed the ring bell over Jack's skull! With Hitman dazed, Antonio suplexed him through the announce table! Jordan went for the cover, but Renegade broke it up in time and began to punish the "Mastermind". A woozy Serum stumbled over and rolled Hitman back into the ring. The "Vampire" tossed a chair into the ring, and waited patiently for Hitman to rise from the mat in hopes of hitting his Decapitator finisher. When Serum went for it, Hitman reversed! The quick maneuver stunned Serum, which allowed Hitman time to catch him with his Lethal Hit finisher... right onto that steel chair! Hitman went for the pinfall, and the ref counted the 3 before Renegade could stop it!
Hitman celebrated his big victory and raised the new Hardcore belt high, while Renegade and Antonio looked on in disappointment.

Intercontinental Championship:
Carson Pain (C) vs. Eric Executioner
Carson had been enjoying a big boost in popularity amongst fans since his I.C. title victory last month at The Bash PPV, and his push up the Smackdown ranks was very evident. But one man in particular saw Carson's rise as a threat to his own pursuits... the narcissistic Eric Executioner! The selfish heavyweight became the #1 contender for Carson's belt and continued to harass the champ throughout the month in hopes of gaining an advantage over "The Original". It was clear that these 2 grapplers had a sincere disdain for each other, and fans were excited to see the bout they could produce.
Eric entered first with a lot of arrogance and seemed to enjoy the fans' disgust as he strolled to the ring. When Carson's theme hit, the crowd erupted and welcomed the champ with a big ovation! Carson pointed and shouted happily to the crowd, then entered the ring with his patented slide-in. The fans were anxious for this match, and the intensity got hotter as the two rivals stared each other down as the bell rang.
They locked up to start the match, and Eric immediately put Carson into a headlock. Carson shoved Eric into the ropes to break the hold, but the narcissist dropped the champ with a big boot. Eric taunted the crowd as he took control of the early action, knocking the champ down several times and landing some painful strikes. But his attempts to pin the champ were unsuccessful, and Carson slowly found a way to counter his bigger challenger.
The crowd started to get fired up as Carson battled back, landing some solid moves including a nice Athletic Press off the turnbuckle. He then started to work his foe's legs, hoping to cut the heavyweight down and prep him for Carson's finishing submission. After reversing a big move, Carson was able to drop Eric with a Fresh Cut signature! He then quickly grabbed the challenger's leg... and locked his Ankle Pain finisher! Eric writhed and fought, crawling towards the ropes in hopes of breaking the painful hold. The crowd cheered and Carson continued to twist hard... but Eric reached the bottom rope and Carson was forced to break the hold.
Eric rolled out of the ring to compose himself while Carson argued briefly with the ref. The narcissist seemed frustrated, and grabbed the Intercontinental belt off the table ringside. He slid back in and Carson met him, hoping to stop his dirty deed. The two got into a tug-of-war over the belt as the ref tried to break them up. Then in one swing... Carson launched the belt into Eric's face and knocked the ref down by accident! Eric oversold the hit and the ref slowly shook off the cobwebs, rising to see Carson standing over Eric with the belt in hand. The ref, confused by the incident, called for the bell! Carson approached him quickly and asked why, and it was clear that the ref was referring to the use of the belt as a weapon!
Carson tried to explain the situation but the ref's decision was final... Eric had won the match by disqualification! The title was not going to change hands, but Eric seemed pleased with the "victory" over his rival. Carson argued with the ref as Eric walked away with his hand raised, taunting the crowd and pointing towards a very angry champ! Carson glared at the smiling narcissist as he made his exit.
WINNER (by DQ): Eric Executioner
*Note: Titles cannot change hands due to countout or disqualification, therefore Carson Pain is still the Intercontinental Champion.

ECW Championship (Ladder Match):
Mack Wheeler vs. Krizz Torture
The 3rd reinstated title match of the night pitted the "Human Semi" against his "2 Cool" opponent to prove who was worthy of the "Extreme" mantra that carried with the ECW title. And not only were they going to battle over the claim to be Smackdown's toughest grappler but they were going to fight in one of the most dangerous match types... a Ladder Match!
Mack made his entrance first, very focused and ready to claim his 1st title. The crowd cheered loudly for Krizz, as the California-born fan favorite seemed to be excited for a big title shot. The belt loomed over their heads and both men got into an angry trash-talking session as the bell rang. Then Mack appeared to spit in Krizz's face... and Krizz fired back with a big punch! The brawl for the ECW title was on!
Fans grimaced at the destruction caused by both men in this match. Mack suplexed Krizz into a ladder perched against the turnbuckle. Krizz whipped Mack into the barricade, and then dropped the "Human Semi" chest-first onto the protective wall. Back in the ring, Krizz reversed a move and planted Mack... right onto a prone ladder with a KT Slam! Krizz then landed a few shots to Mack's back with a chair, but after missing one swing... Mack punched the chair right into "2 Cool"'s face! The big moves kept rolling as these two seemed unwilling to let the other have enough energy to even climb a ladder.
In the end, the two crawled up to the top and brawled only a foot away from the hoisted belt. The two traded punches, but Mack gained control when he slammed Krizz's head off the ladder peak. Then in one big motion... Mack shoved Krizz to the mat below! With his foe writhing on the mat, Mack had enough time to reach up... and unsnap the belt!
The "Human Semi" exhaustedly celebrated his 1st title victory, leaning against the ladder with the belt raised high!

Unified Tag Team Championship:
Hell United (DMK & Shawn Midnight) (C) vs.
Badass Coalition (Big Mutha Trucker & Tank Blazer)
The rivalry between Hell United and the Badass Coalition had been becoming more and more intensified as the summer wore on, but the Night of Champions PPV was going to have a big matchup between them. Trucker & Tank had climbed up the tag division and earned #1 contendership, which put them directly in line for DMK & Shawn's belts! It was going to be a showdown that all fans were pumped for.
The two Coalition challengers entered first, brushing off the fans' jeers as they made their way to the ring. The crowd then welcomed the Hell United champs warmly, cheering loudly as they each showed off their belts proudly. The teams had a brief staredown as the referee displayed the title belts for the crowd, and then DMK & Shawn high-fived just before the match began. DMK and Trucker started out when the bell rang, and the two rival teams were going to battle!
DMK and Shawn took control early, using their athleticism and strength to beat up on the challengers. They used double-team moves to inflict some big damage, and seemed to be in control. But the Coalition members had some resiliency, and Trucker got a hot tag to Tank! "Captain" clotheslined Shawn, knocked DMK off the apron and then caught a woozy Shawn with his Captain's Choice finisher! The ref counted 1... 2... and DMK broke up the pinfall just in time! DMK fought back Tank before he made his way back to the apron, allowing Shawn time to recover and tag him in.
But the crowd was shocked at the following turn of events. Just after Shawn tagged DMK in, the WWE champ blasted Trucker with a clothesline and suplexed Tank hard on the mat. The crowd seemed to be getting fired up as DMK took control of the match! But as he backed up slowly near his corner... Shawn entered the ring and attacked his partner! The crowd stood stunned as the betrayal, watching Shawn unload on DMK in the ring. "Daddy Mack" pointed angrily at the King... and then left! DMK had been screwed in the middle of a title match!
Once Trucker and Tank realized the situation, they took over quickly. With DMK dazed, Trucker was able to land his White Trash signature and Tank finished him off with his Captain's Choice. The ref counted Trucker's pinfall and the Badass Coalition scored a decisive upset over DMK!
As the Coalition members celebrated their new titles, DMK could only shake his head in disgust and confusion over the results of the match. Why would his partner attack and then abandon him?
