October through December
Year 1
October
As the schedule shifted deeper into the fall season, one of the major rivalries that raged through the summer was about to come to a head. For WWE champ DMK, he had survived a tough Hell in a Cell title match against Hitman Jack. DMK retained his title but lost his new ally in the process, as Jack took exception to DMK's excessive aggression during the match. But DMK had no time to focus on the fallout, as someone else became a direct threat to his title. David Degenerate, the reigning U.S. champ and leader of the rival Badass Coalition stable, defeated Hitman Jack in a #1 contender's rematch and finally earned a title shot against the "King". Despite the opposing groups battling for months, DMK and David D. never faced off one-on-one. But after David's victory and ascension to the #1 contendership, it became more and more obvious that this match would be pivotal in the race for Raw's power structure. If David could win and "unite" both the WWE and U.S. Titles, it would put the Coalition in serious control. After an intense contract signing on the "go home" Raw episode of the month (see below), fans were overwhelmed with excitement for the main event title bout!
In other Badass Coalition vs. Good As Hell news, Antonio Jordan and Big Mutha Trucker began to develop a pretty intense feud. Angry over he & Tank's Tag Team Title loss at the Hell in a Cell PPV, Trucker turned his attention to the Hardcore Title scene. The title was held by Antonio as October began, but "America's Favorite" had to defend his belt on the first Raw show of the month. In a multi-man battle, Antonio held his own until... Trucker interfered! As a result, Antonio was unable to stop the decisive pinfall and lost his title. Upset over Trucker's meddling, the "Mastermind" responded physically and a violent, personal rivalry quickly ensued. The two wanted to face off at the upcoming PPV, and a great opportunity presented itself thanks to another intense rivalry over on Smackdown. Carson Pain & Gravedigger were in a heated feud with Eric Executioner & Ace on the blue brand, and each side needed another partner to form a 6-man tag match at the Bragging Rights PPV. Luckily, Antonio (joining Carson & 'Digger) and Trucker (with Eric E. & Ace) were the perfect choices and an inter-promotional match was accepted!
Speaking of Antonio's Hardcore Title loss, the beneficiary of that moment was Renegade! The party animal scored a big victory for the Theory of Revolution's growing popularity, giving he, Rebel Ford and Divas' champ Melina another title belt. Despite forming initially as a heelish group against the fan favorite Good As Hell clan, the Theory of Revolution was starting to win crowds over with their charisma and desire to "change the game". Melina used her allies to her advantage in her feud with Natalya, and prepared to defend her Divas' Title at the upcoming PPV.
Another debut took place this month as Lee "Cash" Money appeared for the first time on the Raw brand. After a successful win in his debut match, Lee quickly joined forces with Brett Diamond & Shawn Midnight, making P.I.M.P.S. a 3-man outfit. The group had a strong showing near the end of the month, winning a 6-man tag match moments before the WWE Championship contract signing on the final episode before the Bragging Rights PPV. Fans loved their confidence and entertaining backstage moments, making them an interesting group to follow.

MAJOR HISTORICAL MOMENT:
WWE Championship Contract Signing (Week 4 - Raw)
The fans are giddy for the final segment of the show - a contract signing for the WWE Championship match this Sunday! Reigning champ DMK will defend his belt against #1 contender and U.S. champ David Degenerate, and the rivalry between the leaders of their opposing factions is about to come to a head! The ring is setup with a red carpet, a table with two padded desk chairs and of course, an unsigned contract and a few pens. Standing proudly in the ring is Raw GM Stephanie McMahon, who will try to keep the peace for this potentially-volatile situation. Steph looks around the buzzing crowd, raises the microphone to her mouth and begins the segment.
Steph: "Welcome all, ladies and gentlemen, to the official contract signing for the WWE Championship match scheduled for this Sunday at the Bragging Rights PPV. Without further ado, let's welcome the challenger to the ring... David Degenerate!"
The crowd boos the sound of his name, and their reactions remains the same as the "Dangerous Genius" comes out with his theme song echoing throughout the arena! The U.S. champ walks down to the ring, smirking at the angry fans cursing his name repeatedly, and paces around Stephanie creepily to make her uncomfortable. David stands next to the table, eyeing the stage with his arms crossed and title belt draped over his shoulder. Steph introduces the other participant.
Steph: "And now, let's give it up for the reigning WWE Champion... DMK!!!"
The crowd starts cheering as soon as Stephanie begins to speak, and bells chime and fire pyro blasts off the stage, signaling the entrance of the "King!" DMK walks out confidently, WWE Title belt slung over his shoulder, and walks to the ring briskly. He climbs onto the apron and enters the ring, standing across the table from his rival and gives him a fierce glare. DMK places the title on the table, slowly raises his arms and signals for his signature ring corner pyro as the crowd continues to cheer for him. The two men stare each other down as the crowd buzzes with anxiousness, and Stephanie starts the proceedings.
Steph: "Gentlemen, you are scheduled to face each other this Sunday at the Bragging Rights PPV. David earned the #1 contendership earlier this month and DMK, as the current champion, is expected to put the WWE Title on the line. This is scheduled to be a normal singles matchup, but we are holding this contract signing to determine if any other stipulations are to be added to the match. DMK, as the current champion... you may offer any stipulations first."
DMK glances at Stephanie briefly to acknowledge her comment, and then turns back to his rival. DMK takes a few slow, deep breaths and then raises the microphone to his lips to address his foe.
DMK: "The only stipulation I would like to add would be a perfect way to cut a little power out from under you. You and this Badass Coalition group you run with have been nothing but a major pain in everyone's ass. You walk around here without any fear because you are backed up by 3 bozos. You haven't even had a threat to that U.S. Title because any challenger knows they'll get squashed by your buddies. My stipulation request is this... if and WHEN I win Sunday and defend this title, you must disband the Badass Coalition. You will no longer be associated with them. What do you think about that, you little jerk?"
David seems offended by the offer, but with Stephanie nodding in agreement already, it seems that he has no choice but to concede. He grits his teeth as he reluctantly agrees to the stipulation.
Steph: "Great! Then it is official. If David is to lose the match, then his Badass Coalition faction will no longer exist. David, it is now your turn to suggest a stipulation. What do you have in mind?"
David shakes off his anger and rubs his chin in thought. He paces in a circle for a few moments, before turning back to look at his rival. A sly smile comes over his face, and he speaks into his microphone.
David: "You think you're going to win Sunday?"
DMK: "Yeah... of course I do."
David: "How confident do you feel?"
DMK: "What? How confident? Umm... pretty damn confident. You aren't a threat to me. You think you are, but when the heat is on, you'll crumble. And I won't quit, no matter what happens."
David: "Wow. Sounds like it's near IMPOSSIBLE for me to win."
DMK: "I'd say the odds are favored that way."
David: "Yikes. I can't believe they would even schedule a match like this, with such a foregone conclusion."
DMK: "Yeah, me either. But they did, so whatever. To me, it just gives me another opportunity to kick your ass!"
The crowd cheers for the champ's comment, but David doesn't seem fazed. In fact, it seems like he's got something up his sleeve.
David: "Man... sounds tough. I mean, it's hard for me to come up with a stipulation that would even give me an advantage. I guess I'll have to think about what I would want in the apparently RARE scenario that I would win."
DMK: "Dude, get on with it. What do you want? Let's sign this contract and move on."
David: "What I want is so simple. You claim that my chances of winning are close to nil. So basically, you're guaranteeing a victory?"
DMK: "I guess you could say that. I mean... honestly. There's no way you could win."
David: "So how about this? Let's just say that... somehow, someway... I win. If you're so confident that that won't happen, then how about you agree to... forfeit your rematch clause?"
DMK: "Huh?"
David: "If you win, then you'll still be champ. But if I win, then I'll become champ. And normally, the ex-champ has a rematch clause. But if you forfeit that, then you won't get a rematch... in the case that I DO win. Which, according to you, is IMPOSSIBLE. What do you say to that, goth boy?"
DMK gets angry at David's sarcasm, and studies his rival's eyes. DMK thinks for a moment, but he is convinced.
DMK: "Fine. I'll give up my rematch clause. No need for it anyway. Won't lose, won't need a rematch."
Steph: "Great! So it seems everything is settled. Gentlemen, if you could both sign on the dotted lines..."
DMK and David lean over the table to sign, but the "Genius" snatches the pen out of the champ's hand! David quickly signs his name as an annoyed DMK looks on, and then tosses the pen at the champ. DMK grabs it out of midair, and then leans over to sign the contract. He stands up straight and the rivals share a glare... but suddenly, David grabs the table with both hands and shoves it into DMK! David pushes the table and the champ into the corner, pinning him against the turnbuckle. David laughs in DMK's face as the champ struggles to get free, but DMK figures out a different way to get out. He quickly reaches over the table and grips the back of David's head... and slams his rival's face onto the table!
David flails back, holding his face in stunned pain, and DMK shoves the table out of the way! DMK approaches his challenger, and starts laying punches into him. DMK knocks David against the ropes, and when the "Genius" bounces back, DMK snatches him by the throat! DMK tries to lift his foe up for a Checkmate chokeslam... but David wiggles free and dashes out of the ring quickly! The crowd boos David's escape, and the U.S. champ staggers up the ramp quickly to avoid any more damage. DMK is frustrated by the missed opportunity, but glares down his rival as he walks away.
David turns back for a moment, and the two men engage in an icy staredown for a few moments as the crowd buzzes with excitement! Then, DMK raises his arms in an intimidating manner, which causes the fans to erupt into cheers. It's going to be a HUGE main event between these rivals for the WWE Title on Sunday! The camera focuses on DMK's proud expression as the show comes to a close!

November
As the month of November began, fans were still shocked over the results of the WWE Title match at October's Bragging Rights PPV. David Degenerate used some underhanded tactics to upset DMK and claim the WWE Title, making him a double champ along with his U.S. Title. DMK's 214-day reign came to an abrupt end, and due to the agreements they made during their contract signing, he was not allowed to have a rematch! David opened the Raw episode the night after the PPV, and gloated about winning the title and mentioned feeling "safe" knowing DMK couldn't execute his rematch clause. But David's sense of safety did not last long. With DMK unable to challenge, a new #1 contender needed to be determined. Later that night, a Fatal 4-Way main event was held to determine David's new challenger. Claiming to be competing "in DMK's honor", Antonio Jordan outlasted all and won the match to earn his first WWE Title shot! The "Dangerous Genius" was furious that another Good As Hell member was able to challenge him, and his early-summer rivalry against the "Mastermind" was immediately renewed! The two men built up a heated feud as Survivor Series approached, and it was unknown whether David's surprising reign would be able to last through the month.
DMK, angry over his WWE Title loss and with no rematch clause available, had other issues to deal with. Big Mutha Trucker and Tank Blazer saw DMK as weakened prey and decided to strike. Throughout the month, the two brutes attacked DMK over and over again, both backstage and in the ring. Fed up over their aggression and his desire to "prove himself" again, DMK agreed to a standard Handicap match at Survivor Series against the former Tag Team champs!
Trucker also made big news at the beginning of the month, capturing his first singles' title on the first episode of Raw. Renegade entered a multi-man match hoping to defend his Hardcore Title, but the "Resident Redneck" was the one who ended the night as champion. Trucker proved himself to be a pretty legit competitor in the Hardcore division, despite his feud with DMK pulling his attention the remainder of the month.
The other big news from the month came in a joint announcement made by Raw GM Stephanie McMahon and Smackdown GM Teddy Long. Noting the Survivor Series' tradition of "survival of the fittest" and elimination matches, the two GMs coordinated a 20-man battle royal for the month's PPV. Ten men were chosen from each brand and scheduled to fight for a potential title match in December. Despite the mix of Raw and Smackdown superstars, only 1 man could survive and earn a shot at a title belt on their respective brand. Throughout the month, multi-man preview matches were held to display all who were going to participate.

December
Just as stunned as the fans were entering November regarding the WWE Title, everyone was shocked at the results of November's Survivor Series PPV... but this time, they were extremely pleased! Antonio Jordan completed a life-long dream and defeated David Degenerate to win the WWE Title, bringing Raw's top belt back to the Good As Hell stable. DMK was proud of his teammate and congratulated him on the victory, and they re-focused their attention on overpowering the Badass Coalition. DMK also scored a big win at Survivor Series, beating Big Mutha Trucker & Tank Blazer in a Handicap match. With Antonio there for assistance, DMK and the new WWE champ were ready to meet Trucker & Tank's challenge for a rematch at the upcoming PPV.
David Degenerate was absolutely infuriated after losing the WWE Title at Survivor Series, and stomped angrily to the ring to open Raw the following night. The "Dangerous Genius" threw a temper tantrum in the ring, screaming about unfairness and demanding an immediate rematch. Raw GM Stephanie McMahon appeared and discussed the situation with him, but her response did not make him happy. Stephanie explained that, although he was due a rematch for the WWE Title, he had not fulfilled his obligation as current U.S. Title holder. Champs are required to defend their title at least once per month, and David's time had lapsed. Therefore, Stephanie denied David a WWE Title rematch until the next month, forcing him to focus on defending the U.S. Title. Not only did Steph have that unfortunate news to give him, but she also announced that his challenger was already found. She revealed that... Hitman Jack, the winner of the Survivor Series 20-man battle royal, was going to exercise his title shot opportunity on David's U.S. Title! David was emotionally unstable for the entire month, trying to focus on both supporting the Badass Coalition in their fight against Good As Hell while feuding with Hitman Jack over the U.S. Title. Fans were unsure if the "Genius" would be able to pull himself together before the TLC PPV.
In other news, Trucker was able to retain his Hardcore Title in a wild, Fatal 4-Way battle. The Theory of Revolution and P.I.M.P.S. continued to entertain the fans in their own unique ways, although neither squad could make much headway in the tag team division.
