"The Canadian Bomber" bounces around the ring, flies from the turnbuckles and gives every opponent a run for their money. Growing up in Canada, Billy found a fascination of punk rock and became a very good guitarist for a local band. Unfortunately, waning fan interest and financial problems caused the band to break up, which left Billy out of work. His former band had played several local wrestling events, and decided to give the sport a try. Surprisingly performing in the ring came naturally to Carter, and he very quickly moved up the local Canadian ranks. After winning the light-heavyweight and mid-card titles within the promotion, he received an offer from WWE and decided to relocate his talents to the U.S. Since then, the Canadian Bomber has been a thorn in many sides as he has made an impact within the WWE.
