"The Irish Giant" could silence a room with just his enormous presence, which allowed him to quell multiple bar fights in his home country in a very short amount of time. This natural ability to toss around and control angry bar patrons lent itself perfectly to the world of pro wrestling. After he broke up a bar fight, a U.S. wrestling promoter, who just happened to be on vacation at the time, offered to pay for Angus to travel to the U.S. and enter a wrestling training camp. The trainers were shocked at his massive size and Angus found power moves and strikes to come very easy to him. After only 4 months of training, Angus made his debut at an independent event and earned a stunned reaction from the crowd when he entered the ring and cleared an entire heel stable with a few short blows. The loud cheers that followed and the news that quickly spread by word-of-mouth made Angus an instant fan favorite. He went on to dominate the independent scene, which included an impressive 205-2-7 win-loss-draw record. After WWE caught wind of him, they quickly took notice and offered him a contract. Angus accepted and the Irish Giant has been blowing away fans and brutalizing opponents since. Career Overview Year 2: Made his debut in October...
